This lecture will discuss a the rehabilitation and maintenance protocols for a periodontally compromised case over a 10 year follow up. Guidelines and indications for periodontal flap procedures and immediate implant placement are discussed. You will develop a thorough understanding for preparation of both teeth and abutments to receive restorations and fine tuning of occlusion to ensure clinical success.
