Endo-Perio lesions being complex - it is important to detect the exact focus of infection and remove it as well as clear infection from the connecting canals/channel passages of infection and occlude these areas. Concepts of treatment and sequence of root canal therapy, periodontal curettage and managing the occlusion are important in management of endo-perio lesions.
